Ridden Paddock Paradise Livery - Base 2
The PB Team are thrilled to announce we are officially expanding to cater to Ridden Livery!
We have recently been given the opportunity to take on more land very close to where we are currently based. Our goal is to be ready to accept ridden liveries for the end of January 2023.
We are also extremely excited to announce this is just Phase 1 of a grand 5-year plan, and so this part of our livery will be expanding more and more as time goes on with a range of facilities to offer as we progress. Phase 1 will be ready just in time to celebrate our 5-year Anniversary of being officially open.
Before any work has started
Team PB will be building the first portion of our new non-grass Paddock Paradise track system in a beautiful, dry woodland area, approximately 7.75 acres, which we have estimated to comfortably hold up to 10 horses. However, by this time next year we will be beginning Phase 2 of our plan – another exciting announcement for further down the line.
By the end of January 2023, the new and exciting woodland ridden track will be available with a small yard area and at-least one roomy building to store tack, belongings and offer refreshments. This will very much be the first available building of many. Once the surrounding buildings have undergone some minor repairs on the roof, we will have available a tearoom/kitchen area, a feed room, indoor holding pens in a small barn, a toilet, rug storage and more. However, please note these will not be available for the opening of the ridden track but will become available as time goes on.
For the opening of the woodland track, there is a car park available for the owners and staff members of PB as well as box and trailer storage. Over the next year or so, we plan to have a ménage available for use, which is currently undergoing the first stages of building. Until then, there is amazing hacking directly from the livery yard. Please note, we will be offering full livery only.
We do want to continue to uphold the peaceful, calm environment we currently have at PB for our retirements, rehabilitations and non-ridden liveries, so please rest assured that this side of our livery and the horses on our current land will go unaffected by this expansion.
